If you would like to hire Sarah Skinner to come to your event she is available
M-TH 6:30-10:45pm, F 6:30- 1am, Sat open, Sun open- 10:45pm.

Exhisting event photos: $10 - $15
Solo performance

Showcase show: $65 per hour (discount available)

Details:

Purchasing existing event photos
If you know that I have photographed you at a typical small event and would like to purchase a photo. (If it was a large event or a charity event - see pricing below)

$10 full res digital file
$100 for all the digital files from one performers performance

$12 5X7 professional lab print
$15 8X10 professional lab print
If you order over 20 5x7 prints the cost is $5 each

$18 full res digital file & a 5x7 professional lab print of same image

+4 shipping fee

Order now- avoid to reloading fees
If the event is over 3 months old (providing I can locate your files) there will be a reloading fee applied.


Solo performance photographer:
$85.00
+ expenses
Up to a 25 min performance.
35 photographs minimum.
You will be mailed the entire high res CD within 10 days.
Performance wait time fees apply.

Prints
$15 for 5X7 professional lab prints
$18 for 8X10 professional lab prints
If you order over 20 5x7 prints the cost is $5 each
+4 shipping fee


Showcase package 1:

($130 minimum)

You receive one digital cd of the entire show and you are welcome to distribute.
The CD will be mailed to you with in 10-20 days depending on the size of the event.
Please give photo credit.
Hourly rate starts no later than 30mins after scheduled start time.

Showcase package 2: Thehipcircle feature
$65 per hour
($130 minimum) Discount: $50 off for article
If you are willing to write an article for thehipcircle to be published no later than 2 days after the event $50 will be subtracted from the final price.
Selected photos will be prepared for you and added to your article within the 2 days.

You receive one digital cd of the entire show and you are welcome to distribute.
The CD will be mailed to you with in 10-20 days depending on the size of the event.
Please give photo credit.

Showcase package 3:
$ Per photo purchase

If you are hosting an and would like to provide the performers access to a professional photographers work and there is no there is no other professional photographer shooting. No kick backs will be provided to hosts nor any up front fees charged to the host. Entrance and meal to be supplied by host if applicable.
Limited availability.

2 days - 3 weeks for online proofs presented for purchase (time line depending on size of event). Images may be placed on www.thehipcircle.com and on www.shakemyday.com.

Large event (5 + hours or more than one day event)
$ Per photo purchases
If you are hosting a large event and would like to provide the performers access to a professional photographers work. No kick backs will be provided to hosts nor any up front fees charged to the host. Entrance and meal to be supplied by host if applicable. Limited availability.

1 - 3 weeks for online proofs presented for purchase (time line depending on size of event). If the event organizers would like 10-20 website ready image of the event in exchange the event organizers must provide an article for www.thehipcircle.com to be published no later than 2 days after the event.

Charity event
$0 - $50
Donation of time and effort to the cause -possible travel expenses.
The event organizers must provide an article for www.thehipcircle.com to be published no later than 2 days after the event.
Selected photos will be prepared for you and added to your article within the 2 days.

You receive one digital cd of the entire show and you are welcome to distribute to unpaid performers. (they can not be sold to them)
The CD will be mailed to one person with in 10-20 days depending on the size of the event.
If event organizers would like professional lab prints, discounts available.

Your photos
If you performed at a charity event that Sarah Skinner photographed and would like a digital image CD please contact your event orgaizer for your FREE cd. If you would like prints please see "existing event photos" professional lab print pricing.


Fine print:
  • Expenses: If the venue has a cover charge or requires a minimum.
  • Location: Available for NYC venues only unless additional charges are added for transportation and travel time.
  • Permission: You are required to get all the permissions to allow photographs to be taken from the event spot and any other performers that may be in the photograph. You are responsible for informing me if there is anyone who does not want their photo taken.
  • Speed: if you need images faster than times given a rush fee apply's.
    Wait fees: If the performance time is more than 30 min's late - additional fees apply.
  • Images not released for resale (ie: you can not sell the photo to a stock image resource).
  • Sarah Skinner, the photographer or any photographers working for Sarah Skinner, accept no liability for lost or damaged files. If the files are lost or damaged, the paid money will be refunded.
  • Resale and distribution of the photos can not exceed the amount of the fee to the photographer- ie the event organizer is not to profit by reselling to the performers.

Deposit
A $50 deposit is required once we have decided to book a shoot in New York City. If you are unable to keep your shoot date, with one week’s notice, you can reschedule and apply your deposit to the next shoot date. (We’ll accept up to three changes- all within reason.) If you need to cancel a date with less than a week’s notice, we’ll keep the deposit as a payment to cover the opportunity cost (potential work we lost by keeping your reservation.) A new deposit will be required to schedule a new shoot date.

Pay the deposit via Pay Pal or send a personal check or money order to Skinner Designs LLC.

We request the balance on the day of the photo shoot - cash, check, money order or Pay Pal.
